Description

The Council has a requirement to establish a Framework to carry out necessary repairs to void properties and any resultant post tenancy repair works and to identify and appoint 6 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a 4-year term service to supply the goods and services specified within the Requirement and Specification. Works will be divided into Lots by area. Each of the successful contractors will be appointed to a maximum of one Lot. Contractors may be required to work in other areas in accordance with the call off process set out below; The 6 towns will be split into Lots as follows: Lot 1 West Bromwich, Lot 2 Tipton (Which may include work in properties which are owned by Sandwell Council but managed by Cotterills Tenant Management Association), Lot 3 Wednesbury, Lot 4 Rowley Regis, Lot 5 Oldbury and Lot 6 Smethwick
