National Citizen Service (NCS) is the country's fastest-growing youth movement, a rite of passage for all teenagers aged 15-17 to discover who they are and what they can do. Find out more at www.ncsyes.co.uk NCS currently has the following opportunity for the provision of an Occupational Health and Safety Provider The NCS Trust currently has a headcount of 218 employees. 119 employees are office-based and 99 employees are remote workers. The NCS Trust is defining hybrid working requirements as we emerge from Covid-19 and anticipate changes to future ways of working as part of a transformation project. From 1st April 2022 - 30 September 2022, the Trust will have a small London office for 8 desks that will be predominantly used for the Trust's IT Support Team. Any future office/s are yet to be agreed upon. The Occupational Health & Safety provider will support all NCS Trust employees, including remote and hybrid workers, across all current and future NCS offices. The Occupational Health & Safety provider will also support remote working practices and processes for off-site visits for NCS Trust employees.
