The new facilities will include a new children’s hospital, alongside a new adult hospital that will include a new maternity centre and other acute, ambulatory and clinical support services. The Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative healthcare focused design team. The Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced healthcare architect who shall also provide specialist health related design services in relation to town planning, fire engineering, and landscaping.

It is expected, in accordance with the scope of services that the consultant shall also be required from time-to-time in the development of the design solution to prepare technical scopes of service and appoint other specialist consultants or survey companies.
