Description

Nottinghamshire County Council wish to appoint an experienced Provider of enhanced Care, Support and Enablement services to meet the needs of up to five individuals with complex needs, including a learning disability or autism diagnosis, that will be accommodated in a new housing development in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The Provider is required to have, within their organisation, an active registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for delivering personal care services and will need to ensure that personal care delivered in relation to this service is covered by their registration before the Contract commences. This is a requirement for support services only. Provision of the housing element is not in scope of this Contract.
