Description

The University is required to carry out annual integrity and functionality inspections of all fire dampers in buildings under their control. The University is looking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the inspections on their behalf, check the dampers are operational and make recommendations for repairs in line with the SFG20 specification provided.

Renewal Options

To re-tender upon expiry. Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract duration is two years with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to approval from both parties.
