This is a new competitive procurement process using an open procedure conducted in accordance with the light touch regime of the Public Procurement 2015 Regulations. Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is inviting suitably qualified organisations to submit tenders to provide safe accommodation and support to young parents and their children. The Young Parent service will offer safe accommodation and support to parents and their children. It will operate on a ‘Core’ and ‘Cluster’ model, with young parents being supported to maintain their own tenancy and secure suitable move on accommodation. The accommodation for this lot is required in the South of the County in the Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe localities. The award criteria will be based on a combination of quality and financial criteria with 70% weighting for quality and 30% for price.
