Description
Norfolk County Council wishes to award a contract to a company for the provision of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Assessments to support a reduction in our backlog of referrals, in preparation for LPS (Liberty Protection Safeguards).
Total Quantity or Scope
We are inviting a provider who can deliver suitably qualified and experienced Best Interests Assessors and Section 12 Doctors to carry out the relevant DoLS assessments for adults aged 18 years and above in care homes within Norfolk.
Renewal Options
The initial term is for 6 months from the Required Service Commencement Date. The Contract may be extended by up to a further 36 months to be reviewed every 6 months at the Council’s discretion.
