Description

The intended purpose of behaviour hubs is to improve behaviour by sharing best practice in behaviour management and classroom management between schools. This role would involve shaping the behaviour hubs programme at an operational and strategic level. The lead behaviour adviser will be involved in 3 phases of work: development of the programme, delivery of the programme, on-going oversight of the programme. We would also expect the lead behaviour adviser role to include broader pieces of work relating to behaviour in schools for the Department.
