Description

Renfrewshire Council is inviting contractors to submit bids for festive lighting installation (the service). The service will comprise the storage, repair, maintenance, timely erection and de-erection of the Festive Lights.

Total Quantity or Scope

The form of Contract to be applied to this tender will be based on the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract April 2013 with ‘Z’ clauses included at Section 3 of this Invitation to Tender. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts(Scotland)Regulations2015.

Renewal Options

may be extended at any point during the last 12 months, at the Employer’s sole discretion, for up to a further 12 months
