Description
The initial requirement is for Product Owner(s) (PO) and Capability Integration (CI) of multiple products including Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) and Dismounted Overt Soldier Platform (DOSP). Additional requirements across SPTC may be added through the Contract lifetime. The PO&CI Contractor will be tasked to engage and work alongside the suppliers to provide contextual and technical knowledge though the provisions of Suitably Qualified Experienced Personnel (SQEP) resource. Activities and responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Product Owner of TAK in an Agile Software Delivery Team - Product Owner of DOSP in an Agile Integration Delivery Team - Capability Integration of TAK and DOSP into Military end users ways of working. - Independent interface between the Military end users, DE&S and multiple Suppliers. - Independently assess service progression, attendance and advise at user clinics, design reviews, change boards, trials and testing - liaise closely with the Military end users, DE&S, other government agencies and international software teams - Add depth to and ensure the delivery of requirements and to provide a dedicated POC(s) for engagement with all project stakeholders The initial Contract will be broken down into two main Schedule of Requirements; with one requirement anticipated to be 13 months, with 1 x 18-month options and 6 x 12-month option years up to OSD Oct 2031 and the second requirement is anticipated to be 31 months, with 6 x 12-month option years up to the OSD Dec 2031. The Authority can only consider UK companies, that are Facility Security Clearance (FSC) clearance at SECRET UK EYES ONLY, due to the Security Classification of the project, with UK personnel that are have a minimum of DV clearances for delivery of the project, this will be required by contract award.

Information for the potential Providers who may be invited to Tender, following the PQQ stage: As part of the ITT evaluation stage, interviews will be conducted; further information on this will be included with the ITT.
