Description

Hampshire County Council is commissioning care support services for children and young people with a disability. Support, called off from this Open Framework, will meet the assessed needs and objectives of the child or young person as identified in their care plan. This Open Framework will have an initial term of four years with the option(s) to extend the initial term by, up to, a further two years

Total Quantity or Scope

Hampshire County Council invites eligible organisation who provide care in the area of Hampshire to tender for the delivery of care support services for children and young people with a disability. The Council is utilising the Light touch regime, open procedure, for the establishment of an 'open framework' with an initial term of 4 years with the option to extend by, up to, a further two years. Following an initial on-boarding for the commencement of the open framework, 1 September 2022, the opportunity will remain open for providers to apply to join at any time during the open framework term. To join this framework care providers must hold a CQC rating of 'Good' or above.
