Description

The purpose of this notice is to notify the market that the Department for Education is considering a procurement exercise to appoint suitably qualified contractors in each of the 9 government office regions, to deliver activity to support both a trust development offer and school improvement offer. If procured, these contractors would be required to undertake the following activities - 1. delivering a range of sector-led events for trust leaders, supporting and facilitating networks and peer review relationships to secure a high level of engagement in trust-to-trust development activities within a region. This should result in the effective sharing of knowledge and experience, and trust-to-trust support and challenge. 2. the matching of eligible schools and trusts to suitable system leaders/strong trusts to provide support through our trust and school improvement offers. This activity would also include monitoring the delivery of this support.
