The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is an Arm’s Length Body of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). One of the services the NHSBSA provides is the England Infected Blood Support Scheme (EIBSS) to support people historically infected with hepatitis C and/or HIV from NHS blood or blood products.
