This is a low cost, preventative service that provides support to vulnerable, older, disabled, low-income homeowners and private sector tenants to access funding and support for practical housing interventions from a variety of sources. This soft market testing exercise is to determine the capacity of the market to supply the service and the level of interest in any future procurement.
