Description

Strip and repair rotten structural roof timbers supporting slate pitched roof to block 02 above rooms 104MU & 107MU, tiles to be stored and reused on timber repair completion. Strip and renew rotten timber rafters, wall plates and valley joists, new timbers to be tantalised C16. Supply and install new roof insulation, breathable membranes, sarking felts, gables straps, wall plates, timber battens and leadwork upstands/valleys. Reinstate existing slate tiles to new roof. Rake and repoint open mortar joints to external brick parapet walls, include for re-bedding copings where required
