Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of a New Nursing Home on the Former Little Furze School Site, Gosforth Lane, South Oxhey WD19 7RE Design and construction of a 75-bed care home including associated drainage, landscaping and external works. Contractors should have experience of constructing similar buildings as noted in the case study requirements.
