Chorley Council is inviting tenders for the provision of multi-site security and concierge services. The Contract is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2022 and shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years.

Total Quantity or Scope

Chorley Council is inviting tenders for multi-site security and concierge services using an Open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This contract replaces two existing contracts for the provision of these services at Primrose Gardens Extra Care Facility, Cotswold Supported Housing Temporary Accommodation Hostel and Market Walk Shopping Centre and also brings into service an additional requirement for our new Tatton Gardens extra care facility which is currently scheduled to open October 2022. The Contract is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2022 and shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years. The estimated total value included at II1.5 is for the full potential contract period of 5 years, inclusive of the extension option. Renewal Options

The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend up to a further 24 months.
