Legal Justification

The additional hardware and software application allows for interoperability with the existing Mobile Data Terminal system within NIAS vehicles provided by the supplier and using the existing interface with the Ambulance Control Computer Aided Dispatch system.

Other Information

At original conclusion of the Contract, At its sole discretion, the Authority may elect to extend for up to five (5) years made up of five (5) periods of twelve (12) months each which at the option of the Authority may be exercised separately or together. At its sole discretion, the Authority may take up the option of a complete system refresh at year 5. The total value of the procurement was in the range 2899300.50 - 6010847.34, with the upper range only accessed if the Authority exercises the options noted at Section II.2.11 of the Contract Award Notice (2018/S 249-575924).
