Description

Appointment of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide an ICT Managed Service to Tenants at 1) Sunderland Software Centre, 2) Washington Business Centre and 3) Evolve Business Centre. The MSP must be able to provide management, maintenance and on-going support of the networks and associated infrastructure and services for each of the centres noted above.

Renewal Options

The contract will be for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months at the complete discretion of the Council.
