Description
This service requires the provision of full maintenance service for all types of barriers, doors & gates, traffic calming & stopping systems, aircraft hangar doors and associated access equipment on a 24/7/365 basis to the MOPAC Estate. The Estate covers 32 boroughs within the Greater London area, and a number of other locations. This service includes but not limited to, planned maintenance and compliance testing and a reactive call out service for repair and replacement and undertaking small works projects including but not limited to the following asset types: • Doors - power operated vertically and horizontal moving • Revolving Mechanical Doors • Automatic Door Closing Devices • Powered Gates (Vehicle & Pedestrian) • High Security Doors (SSV Tourlock and SSV Circlelock) or similar • Turnstiles • Speed Lanes • Traffic Barriers All Properties • Traffic Hydraulic Ramps (Traffic Calming Systems) • Hangar Doors
