Description
This Framework Agreement is for Contractors to deliver Energy Efficient Measures for Durham County Council in privately owned domestic properties. The works will involve delivering energy efficiency measures in qualifying domestic dwellings across the County of Durham.
Lot Division
| 1 | • Lot 1 Supply, Install and Maintenance of Central Heating including Gas, Electric and Oil systems and their controls New high efficiency gas central heating boilers (combi and heat only); high efficiency electric storage heating; high efficiency oil boilers. Boiler servicing, repairs and installing heating controls. |
| 2 | Insulation Measures including Cavity Wall, Party Wall and Loft Cavity wall insulation* fully warranted with ECO PAS2035 and CIGA 20 year guarantee (contractor must specify systems to be used) |
