Description

Provision of a coffee shop style of service is required for the University Tea Room.

Total Quantity or Scope

A caterer is required to provide a catering service within the Library Tea Room. A coffee shop style of service is envisaged to operate for 12 months of the year. Approximately 1000 readers enter the library each day and there are approximately 150 staff on site daily. Appointments can be made to visit the facilities - details are within the ITT.

Renewal Options

The contract may be extended for a period up to 24 additional months.
