Description

Scotland Excel, on behalf of Dundee City Council, are exploring options for a Scaffolding Framework. The scope may include, but not be limited to the following: - Hire of scaffolding materials - Design of scaffolding - Supply of scaffolding - Construction of scaffolding - Dismantling of scaffolding Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lots have yet to be determined and therefore may change from those stated in this notice. The following Local Authorities may utilise the framework at any time throughout the duration of the contract term: Angus Council, Perth & Kinross Council and any of the Local Authorities Arm’s Length External Organisations such as – Leisure & Culture Dundee, Angus Alive, Culture Perth & Kinross, Live Active Perth and Tayside Contracts.

Scotland Excel will endeavour to implement the most effective framework for Dundee City Council, and invite suppliers to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the framework including, but not limited to, minimum qualification and technical requirements, commercial elements and the lot structure. Interested parties are asked to contact Scotland Excel by emailing flexibleprocurement@scotland-excel.org.uk no later than Monday 20 June 2022. Scotland Excel may then invite a representative group from those interested parties to conduct telephone or face to face meetings in June or July of 2022. It is envisaged that the tender will be published in August 2022. The contract notice will be published on the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) portal (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) and tender documents will be published on the PCS-Tender portal (https://www.publictendersscotland.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/esop/pts-host/p...).
