Total Quantity or Scope

The works comprise the fitting out of a new four-storey primary school at Canary Wharf comprising the following:- • 14nr Classrooms • Pupil WC's and Staff/Assisted WC's • Hygiene and Assisted Shower Room • Dining/Gym/Multi-Use Room • Administration Base and Staff Rooms • Library • Commercial Kitchen • Associated Stores • Plant and Server Rooms Works include all building services with the exception of Plate Heat Exchangers, internal finishes, joinery, fixed fixtures and signage. Externally a canopy and external play surfacing are to be provided.
