Description

Tullie House is seeking project management services with relevant qualification, experience, and skills to support us in the development and delivery of Project Tullie Phases 2 and 3.

Total Quantity or Scope

Tullie House is seeking project management services with relevant qualification, experience, and skills to support us in the development and delivery of Project Tullie Phases 2 and 3. This will include the management of capital works RIBA work stages 2-7 for Phase 2. For Phase 3, project management services will be procured for Stages 2-7, with a break clause at The National Lottery Heritage Fund delivery phase submission (RIBA 3). The continuation of the contract for the Phase 3 works will be dependent on a successful Round 2 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund and satisfactory delivery of the Schedule of Services. Renewal Options
