Lot 2: Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) ​ Employee Assistance Programme (Inc. telephone line and Counselling services under EAP provision) ​ Specialist advice over a variety of core areas e.g. career / legal advice, management support included under the EAP provision ​ Crisis / Trauma Management ​ Psychological Therapy Services as a referral only service

Lot 3: Physiotherapy Services​ End to end management referral process for Physiotherapy - delivered face to face, through guided self-help and telephone administration, with the ability to securely send reports and information on employee fitness to work to Lot 1 Occupational Health provider to host on system ​ DSE and Ergonomist Assessment - including vehicle assessments Functional Restoration Programme (FRP) as part of Physiotherapy referral process
