The project involves the NGS sequencing of COVID19 from wastewater samples. This is a collaborative effort across several sites in the UK. As such it is vitally important that we all utilise the identical reagents for the purposes of experimental consistency and problem solving, which have been solely validated for the purpose of NGS of COVID 19 samples.
