This bidding opportunity is for delivering a servicing and preventative maintenance service, undertaking repairs where necessary and carrying out upgrading works where required to existing intruder alarm systems, CCTV installations and door access control systems in and around c.87 No sites (initially comprising 29 No schools and 58 No public buildings), owned and/or managed by Southampton City Council; to include associated electrical works. A more detailed description of the service required is provided within the suite of supporting bidding documents.

Renewal Options

An initial 4 year term with 2 x 1 year extension options (to a maximum of 6 years); subject to satisfactory performance, retention of competitive rates, a demonstration of fit for purpose, and spend levels being within the advertised range.
