NRW intends to procure a third party company to deliver incident air quality monitoring service in Wales, contracted to provide staff and equipment. In overview we require the contractor to deliver air quality monitoring and sampling service that will. - Provide coverage across all of Wales within the specified response times. - Capable of deploying on a 24/7/365 basis - Have a critical mass of staff suitability trained and available to deploy 24/7/365 - Capable of transporting, deploying, and operating a suite of portable monitoring and sampling equipment
