West Berkshire Council's (WBC) Public Health and Wellbeing Team are planning to tender for their core Domestic Abuse contract, which expires on 31 March 2023. Services to be included are: • - Refuge accommodation • - Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) • - Community Outreach • - Access Service, including a Helpline and website We want to ensure that our core Domestic Abuse contract delivers a high quality, specialist service to all survivors of domestic abuse in line with the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, whilst also providing value for money.
