Description
Provision of DocStor support and maintenance renewal, used by the Service Police Crime Bureau (SPCB), Application Support Team (AST) The purpose of renewing this product is to afford the Service Police and wider Service Justice System (SJS) with the ability to manage, store and retrieve all documentation and recorded investigative material for its future disclosure and presentation in court proceedings, judicial reviews and appeals. Army Headquarters is responsible for overseeing all non-MODNET ICS procurements for the Army. The SPCB, Application Support Team (AST) on behalf of the Service Police are responsible for managing and maintaining the Service Police's IT systems and services. These services are vital to the continuity of uninterrupted military policing capability and operational effectiveness worldwide. SPCB utilises a locally networked onsite document archive server, storage array, and microfiche scanning and upload and deletion tool, collectively known as Replacement Archive Management System (RAMS), provided by DocStor. This provides the Service Police and wider Service Justice System with an electronic documentation management, storage and retrieval system for all recorded investigative material.
