Renewal Options

Continuing Requirement Supplier may be able to propose a phased implementation plan to be agreed with Clarion. The contract will be for 4 years with a 'no fault break clause' exercisable on notice after the first 2 years. Clarion will review the contract at least every 2 years to decide whether or not to exercise this clause
