Description

The University's People Development Team seeks to develop the shared leadership capability across the organisation. Our work centres around twin strands of: a Leadership Priorities Framework, creating a responsive, agile approach to leadership development connected to university direction and strategy; and a People Management at Manchester Metropolitan strand, focusing on the foundational knowledge, values base and skills needed to manage people at the University. To support this work, The People Development Team make use of a range of team and individual psychometric instruments as part of its offer and this tender process addresses the need for a 360 feedback instrument for use by managers that can be rolled out as part of our offer.
