Description

Somerset West and Taunton Council (SWT) declared a climate change emergency in 2019 and has since developed a Carbon Neutrality and Climate Resilience Plan which includes ambitions in relation to new build council homes and the retrofit of existing council homes. SWT now wants to identify a partner Energy Company to help deliver its ambitions through ECO4 funded interventions over the next four years. This will involve developing an across-tenure programme of installing energy efficiency measures which cut fuel poverty and reduce carbon footprints through Energy Company Obligations (ECO4).
