Description

The Contracting Entity intends to establish a Framework Arrangement under which it shall appoint an Economic Operator to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of Cleaning & Hygiene Services. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with the option (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) to extend by up to an additional 36 months. The estimated value of the overall framework is between £1.984 m and £2.976 m excluding VAT

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to award a framework agreement for suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the provision of cleaning and hygiene services in various office locations throughout Northern Ireland. The services provided to NIE Networks must be of a high quality standard, and regular reviews with the appointed service supplier shall be established to monitor and review quality of work throughout the contract period.
