Description

Staffordshire County Council is looking to source a provider to deliver a variety of tools and solutions which will include the provision of workplace mediation to colleagues across the organisation as and when required . We are in the process of revising our suite of core employee relations policies and wish to source a solution which includes tools such as facilitated conversations, management engagement skills and mediation services to compliment those policies and support us in our aim to increase early resolution..

Total Quantity or Scope

Agreement Period The Agreement period will initially be for 3-years with an option to extend for a further 1 x 12 months, commencing on 01 November 2022. The Council may wish to extend the Agreement, which will be subject to satisfactory performance and further funding being made available. The same Agreement conditions will apply to any extension period.
