Description

The Council currently commissions several outreach services providing 1:1 community-based floating support for those recovering from mental health difficulties and other associated complex needs such as substance misuse, learning disability and support for their carers and families in Hertfordshire. The Council wants to commission a county wide service which can work effectively with individuals with complex needs who are facing multiple disadvantages and which will align to a number of the Council's strategic objectives.
