This framework agreement is for the procurement by contracting authorities in Scotland for repair and maintenance of catering equipment.
Lot Division
| 1 | Repair and Maintenance of Gas Catering Equipment This lot is intended to provide an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and testing of gas catering equipment such as ovens, hobs and grilles. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. | 2 | Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Catering Equipment This lot is intended to provide an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and testing of electrical catering equipment such as commercial electric mixing machines, toasters and dishwashers. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal Options
The anticipated duration of the framework is 36 months with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to the satisfactory operation and performance. Any period of extension will be at the sole discretion of Scotland Excel.
