Malvern Hills District Council is inviting tenders for the Malvern Splash Leisure Centre complete replacement of Parkside curtain walling including full decoration of all exposed steel work externally, fascia's, soffits, rainwater goods, railings and replacement of external lights. Location: Malvern Splash Leisure Centre, Malvern WR14 3DS Mandatory Site Visits Before tendering Bidders are required to do a site visit to ascertain the nature of the site, access there to and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works. Failure to visit site will result in a non-compliant tender bid. Site visits will take place between Monday 18th - Wednesday 27th July 2022.
