The purpose of the talking therapy programme will be to provide one-to-one sessions with an accredited therapist/counsellor, for an estimated 4,200 adult social care (ASC) workers accessing up to 10 sessions who are experiencing heightened mental health issues, for example anxiety, depression and burnout.
