Description

This contract is for the provision of high quality information, advice and guidance to residents of the London Borough of Brent.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Independent Advice and Guidance (IAG) service will be delivered as a face-to-face service in multiple locations across the borough as well as through a range of channels. The service will be accessible to all sector of the community and will cover a range of topics from benefits advice, debt management, employment rights and many others. This will be a professional service which is accessible to all and delivered free of charge. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option of two single-year extensions (2+1+1). The maximum contract value will be £500,000 per annum and £2,000,000 over the Contract Period.

Renewal Options

The contract will be for a period of two years with the option of two single-year extensions (2+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance of the successful provider.
