The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames (the ‘Council’) invites suitably qualified and experienced potential providers to tender for the provision of Security Services and CCTV Monitoring, to contribute to the security and customer service needs of the Council, as detailed in the Service Specification. Key points of the service delivery requirements, which will provide outstanding levels of customer service to residents, Council staff and visitors that interact with the service provider’s team: Provision of security officers in the reception areas of a number of Council offices. Provision of suitably-trained security officers in attendance of Council meetings held with the general public. Patrol of buildings and areas under Council responsibility, both internally and externally. Staffing of the CCTV security control room. Intruder alarm monitoring. Incident response including emergency response. Keyholding. Mobile patrol.
