The successful Supplier will be required to provide full catering services at St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls at: Crownhill Road Harlesden London NW10 4EP.

Total Quantity or Scope

With approximately 900 pupils and growing, St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls is a secondary school with an active sixth form. The school became an academy in September 2012 and has enjoyed over 25 years as a specialist in modern languages and was one of the first schools to achieve specialist status St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls is part of the diocese of Westminster Academy Trust. The last OFSTED inspection was judged as ‘good’. School website: https://www.stclaudines.co.uk/ Basis of Contract The Client wishes to participate in a tender process with the intention of appointing a quality catering company to deliver full catering services. The contract will commence from September 2022 and will be for an initial period of 3 years plus an option to extend up to a maximum of 5 years. In order to deliver best value, the contract will be awarded on a ‘Cost-Plus’ with fixed guaranteed lines on food and labour costs. The revenue is estimated to be £650,000 (over 3 years). Objectives The appointed Supplier will have significant experience of delivering quality catering services within secondary schools and should have suitable experience and expertise of successfully increasing pupil meal uptake and lunchtime sales growth. With all catering paid the London Living Wage the Supplier will ideally have a strong operational base in London with proven ability to manage an efficient catering service that delivers sustainable ‘best value’ to the school.
