Other Information

The Supplier must be able to assess candidates against criteria provided by the FCA (both in terms of a specific leadership skills framework and more role specific), as well as the broader market, to offer a judgement on the suitability of those candidates against a particular role or level more generally. The Supplier will provide a report and make recommendations to mitigate any transitional risks. In cases where there is more than one candidate the Supplier is expected to make a recommendation as to the most suitable candidate. The Supplier will also be expected to provide detailed feedback to all candidates assessed.
