Lot One - Routine / Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Hoists (mobile and ceiling), Slings and Stand Aids and The Supply of Hoists, Stand Aids, Slings and Associated Equipment throughout England and Scotland. Lot Two - Routine / Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Assisted Bathing Equipment, and the Supply of Assisted Bathing Equipment and Associated Services throughout England and Scotland. The Contract(s) will be run for a period of five (5) years, with the option to extend the contract(s) by two (2), one (1) year periods (solely at the Group's discretion) subject to satisfactory performance.
