The installations will be funded under an existing Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) grant funding agreement. The EESS system should be designed to maximise use of the solar PV generation on site, and to load shift where appropriate to avoid or reduce network charges (e.g. peak shaving) or take advantage of lower night-time tariffs (e.g. price arbitrage).
