Description

Wiltshire Council (the 'Council') intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System to improve procurement procedures to reflect best practice and to make the procurement of Passenger Transport services as efficient as possible for both the Council and suppliers. The Council’s main aim is to appoint multiple suppliers to a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of passenger transport services which will be divided in to two lots; Lot 1 is for vehicles 16 seats and larger; Lot 2 will be for small and specialist vehicles below 16 seats.
