ITS073 STUDENT E-PORTFOLIO THE UNIVERSITY SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRELIMINARY MARKET CONSULTATION (PMC). High Level Requirements • An engaging, easy to navigate ePortfolio platform for our students to use. • Enables students to upload evidence of their academic and professional development. • Allows a range of media to be uploaded, including both written documents and audio/video recordings. • Able to embed an established workbook template which students update to record reflections e.g., MYEPAD template for Nursing Programmes. • Enables students to share their workbook with internal and external assessors in line with programme requirements. • Enables those assessors to read, edit and share the updated workbook with students. • Enables graduates to share ePortfolio content with prospective employers via an open accessible link or URL, e.g., placing a link within a LinkedIn profile. • Ability to continue to use the platform beyond graduation for CPD activities. • Potential to utilise for recording and tracking Personal Tutoring activities. • Ability to extract data and insights for reporting purposes. • Ability to integrate with institutional VLE (Moodle). • Ensures that all users including administrators access the systems through Single Sign On (SSO) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). High Level Plan • End Sept 2022 - PMC responses consolidated • Mid Oct 2022 - conclusion of any meetings/ dialogue under PMC • Mid Oct 2022 - business case submission and approval • End Oct 2022 - Publish procurement documents • Early Dec 2022 - Intention to award published • Early Jan 2023 - Contract Award • Feb-Sept 2023 - Implementation and testing • September 2023 - System Live In respect of the above Leeds Trinity University seeks advice from independent experts/authorities/market participants with a view to developing the scope and specifications needed to plan and conduct its procurement procedures.
