Eastlight is inviting legal providers to submit tenders for inclusion onto a Legal Services framework agreement. Tenderers are welcome to submit for just one or more LOTs of the services as detailed below. All tenderers shall complete the ITT Stage One document as well as this ITT. If a tenderer shall be deemed to “fail” at Stage One, their ITT submission will not be considered. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years commencing 28th January 2023 and will be open to Eastlight and the Procurement Alliance for Essex (PAE) members.
