The People's Projects: The National Lottery Community Fund has again teamed up with The National Lottery, ITV, UTV, and this year the Sunday Mail in Scotland to give community organisations the chance to apply for up to £70,000 of National Lottery funding. After a high-profile national campaign, the winners will be decided by public vote, giving National Lottery players and the public a say in how National Lottery money is awarded. In May 2023 five shortlisted projects, per region, in the 16 ITV regions and Scotland regions will be put forward for a public vote (80 ITV projects, 15 Scotland projects, 95 projects in total). To ensure The People's Projects vote is fair and accessible to all, the Fund requires an independent third party with experience in elections, voting and ballots to: * Scrutinise, audit, validate and count online votes, and a prepaid postal vote, and provide final overall voting figures. * Run a free phone (also with a Welsh language option) line with a recorded message giving details on how to vote. These services are required to ensure The People's Projects and its partners (ITV and others) compliance regulations are met and that the vote is fair and accurate and accessible. This will be an eight month contract until 01st September 2023. The maximum budget for this procurement is £100,000 including expenses (excluding VAT).
